I did not come to Main Street through a model. I came through the truck bay. I grew up around family businesses. I built inside a home services company. I learned that the difference between a mediocre service business and a great one is rarely demand. It is leadership, systems, culture, training, accountability, and belief.
The best local businesses do not need to be stripped down. They need to be strengthened, and I’m taking the lead.
The Vision
Local Trust. Modern Systems. Permanent Ownership.
America does not need another financial buyer. It needs a better operating owner. The trades and essential service businesses are full of durable demand, trusted local brands, technical talent, and founder-built cultures. But many of them are undercapitalized, under-systemized, and facing succession pressure.
G5 exists to modernize these businesses without stripping away what made them special — building companies where technicians become leaders, leaders become owners, and local businesses become enduring institutions.
